Estimates
No price is binding until it appears in a written proposal signed by MARCUCCI CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION. Written proposals govern scope, materials, schedule and payment terms.
Warranty
Our 1-year written warranty is provided with each signed contract and defines its own coverage, exclusions and claim procedure. Concrete is a natural material; minor hairline and shrinkage cracking, and surface color variation, are normal and addressed in the written warranty.
Licensing
MARCUCCI CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION is a licensed Michigan builder, license #242100312, and carries liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.
