Commercial concrete is a scheduling problem as much as a concrete problem. Your tenants need access, your customers need parking, and nobody can be blocked off for a week.

We phase commercial work around business hours, pour in sections, and keep the lot open where it matters.

Who we work for

If you own it, lease it, manage it or are responsible for its parking lot, this is the crew that shows up with its own trucks and equipment from Pontiac Trail in Wixom.

  • Strip mall and shopping center owners
  • Warehouse and industrial property owners
  • Retail stores, restaurants and drive-thru operators
  • Landlords and third-party property managers
  • Banks and credit unions (drive-up lanes, ATM pads, islands)
  • Medical, dental and veterinary offices
  • Fitness centers and gyms
  • Office parks and multi-tenant commercial buildings

What we install and repair

  • Sidewalks, curb, gutter and trip-hazard removal
  • Light-pole bases, bollards and equipment pads

Field-proven on high-volume work

Institutional buyers do not have to hope our crews can handle scale. Marcucci family crews have run utility, municipal and school flatwork at volumes most residential contractors never touch.

  • Utility substation flatwork, Detroit — 9,200 sq ft of city sidewalk, 7,400 sq ft of 8" approaches and entrances, and 400 linear feet of curb replacement
  • School parking facility, Oak Park — 15,700 sq ft of heavy-traffic lot built for bus loading and proper drainage slope
  • Phased multi-tenant lots, ADA trip-hazard programs, dumpster pads and dock aprons poured off-hours

Liability and deferred maintenance

A trip hazard at a tenant entrance and a non-compliant ramp are insurance problems before they are concrete problems. We document conditions, prioritize what has to be fixed this season, and put the rest on a plan you can budget.

Common questions

Can you work after hours to keep our business open?

Yes. Night and weekend pours with phased sections are routine on retail and restaurant work.

How fast can a repaired area be reopened to traffic?

Standard mixes need seven days for cars and 28 days for heavy trucks. High-early mixes can reopen substantially faster when downtime is the priority.

Do you carry commercial insurance and provide certificates?

Yes. We are licensed under Michigan Builder License #242100312 and insured, and we provide certificates of insurance naming your entity on request.
