47 Years of Solid Groundwork
Marcucci Concrete Construction built its name from the ground up. Tom Marcucci started with structural footings, block foundations and flatwork, setting a standard that builders, property owners and Michigan homeowners have relied on for nearly five decades.
In 2004, ABC selected Tom to help the Vardon family of Oak Park on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition because of his footings, block and concrete driveway work. Marcucci Construction donated all of the labor, and the job finished ahead of schedule.
Marcucci Construction also built the concrete driveway of Detroit Lions Hall of Fame running back Barry Sanders, football legend and a great person to work for.
Today, from our shop on Pontiac Trail in Wixom, we hold every job to the same standard: a compacted 21AA base, 4,500 PSI concrete, wire-mesh reinforcement and a 1-Year Written Warranty.
Commercial Durability, Residential Craftsmanship
Concrete performance depends on base preparation and joint layout. We plan every pour for Michigan freeze-thaw cycles, whether it carries delivery trucks or a family car.
- Commercial flatwork: sidewalks, ADA ramps, dumpster pads, loading and entry aprons, curbs and shop or warehouse slabs for strip mall owners, landlords, banks and retail properties.
- Residential flatwork: driveways, stamped patios, exposed aggregate, garage floors, steps and footings.
- Commercial snow removal: seasonal plowing and salting for commercial properties and HOAs.
Real Shop, Company-Owned Fleet, Self-Performed Work
Tony Marcucci grew up on these job sites learning grade work, base compaction and finishing from his father, Tom. Today Tony leads the business, pairing four decades of trade knowledge with modern equipment and scheduling.
Crews, trucks, skid steers and forms are ours. Nothing is brokered to a crew you have never met, so property managers and homeowners get clear timelines and direct owner accountability from estimate to final cure.
